Ok, really sad to hear that.
I want everything to work just as "normal", except while I'm gaming.
If a patch gets downloaded, my backup software starts to run and fills up the upstream, etc etc while gaming, the ping freaks out 
So I want everything to be able to utilize the full 100/100Mbits unless I'm gaming...
Thats why I dont want to use anything that sets hard caps on the Bandwidth, since that will affect everything 100% of the time, while I at most game at 1% of the time 
Dammit!
