Few points:
- You have eth1 described as DSL yet it seems to be straight ethernet. Is eth1 getting public or private IP from the modem?
- You don't have ping target defined on Group X eth1 ...it'll use default ping.ubnt.com which may be undesirable due to DNS resolution ...change it to 8.8.8.8
- You don't have ping target defined on Group Y eth0 ...it'll use default ping.ubnt.com which may be undesirable due to DNS resolution ...change it to 8.8.8.8
- Post output from show load-balance status ...need to check if both interfaces are picking up default gateway properly
- Same, post output from show ip route ...need to check default routes for each interface ...needed for DNS resolution otherwise you'll have things failing
- Post output from ip rule list
...and please don't obfuscate the IPs with * ...if you're really worried then obfuscate last or first octet, otherwise it's very hard to determine some logic if you have multiple IPs.
