Hmm, route -n works on my ERL. Maybe try /sbin/route -n. Though the static routes you showed in GUI look ok.
And the routes on the Pi look ok. Not sure why 2 routes of 0.0.0.0/0 and route 169.254.0.0/16.
You can ping from Pi to 177. Can you ping 177 or any other LAN host from your phone connected to vpn?
