- thanks guys! Believe it or not, I actually did do a search of the forum prior to posting, but I guess my search skills are lacking! FWIW, I'm on FW 1.8.0. I'm an n-1 kinda guy (well, n-2 now) with the view that "if it 'aint broke, don't fix it". My ER-L is rock-solid on v1.8 with a pretty basic config with a functional L2TP VPN server - I'm a bit dubious to go to v1.9 given that it's impacted some peoples' VPN services. I'll just put up with the 259000 messages per day in to my syslog server. Hmm...I've never actually added it up before. Maybe I *do* have a compelling reason to upgrade after all....
