If you can create an ACL to match the traffic, that can be applied on the switch to control traffic as described. ACLs are applied to a port, but not exactly in the way described. e.g. you can't configure an ACL as "allow traffic from port 1 to port 52" or similar. Check the access-list documentation in the EdgeSwitch CLI reference.
