the edgerouter is doing its job and is routing data like it's supposed to. if you do not want to pass traffic to the other subnet, you must put in a firewall rule to prevent it from happening. also remember that if you used the wizard the unit is performing address translation as well from the lan subnet to the wan subnet. to block the subnet 192.168.10.0/24 from talking to the 192.168.0.0/24 subnet you need a firewall rule on the "in" rule of eth1 dropping traffic destined to the 192.168.0.0/24 network.
