Allowing remote access to the GUI is a bad idea no matter what. If you need / want remote access to the router, use SSH (key-based auth only), or a VPN.
Assuming the .1.x computers are plugged into eth 2,3,4, and eth1 / that wired lan is other stuff, it's fine. If the 192.168.1.x computers are plugged into the switch, you've got something connecting that switch to the router as well (as computers on 192.168.1.0/24 cannot talk to the router at 192.168.0.1).
