Where should I do trunking on router or switch?
You need to set up the appropriate VLANs on your router and your switch.
On the router, you need to create interfaces eth1.100 and eth1.120, and assign them addresses.
On the switch, you need to set the port that is plugged into the router to accept tagged traffic for VLANs 100 and 120, and have a PVID of 1.
