QoS Guarenty

I know there's ways to perform traffic shaping via CLI configuration (IE https://help.ubnt.com/hc/en-us/articles/205198380-EdgeMAX-Quality-of-Service-for-Voice-Over-IP-QoS-for-VoIP- )

Does this feature (guarenty) exist in the GUI?  Since the last update to EdgeMAX interface and software, there was an introduction of some new QoS interface features.  

I see you can impose limits on specific traffic, but what about guaranteeing a specific traffic type an amount of bandwidth?
