I missed the obvious! I didn't change the subnet mask on the static IPs (dugh). The need for more IPs address is what started the whole process (that is why we kept the original 192.168.3.1 IP) So in changing the range I forgot to also change the subnet mask. Thanks for the input...it helped me think it all through!
